I first tried Salon Aura this summer and was paired with Karen. I was nervous going as previously I had only been a Cost Cutters customer. Karen is a fantastic stylist- I put myself in her capable hands and she did magic. I had so many compliments on my new style. I went back to her in October for a color and style for my son's wedding and again had family and friends rave about my hair. Tonight was my 3rd visit and once again she did an exceptional job! Karen Rocks!
I had my hair done through Haley, she was amazing. I had her for color a few months prior and then for trial for my wedding. Haley is fantastic, she saw my inspiration photo and made it look 10x better. I had 5 girls plus myself the morning getting ready and she knocked out everyone beautifully. She was on time, always communicating and her attention to detail was phenomenal. Which made it less stressful for me. By the end of the night mine and my girls hair was still in place and looking georgious. She knows exactly what she is doing and is exceptional at what she does. Definitely recommend Haley.
I went in wanting to treat myself for my birthday today, and I just want to say that Leah is truly amazing! I went in wanting a drastic change from what I had previously. I also had a lot of grow out. She performed a miracle on my hair I swear! I will definitely recommend her to everyone that will listen to me.
This appt was actually for my daughter. I realize Maria is the owner but it wasn’t a great experience :(. Kept calling my daughter the wrong name, was 20 minutes late, washed her hair for 2 seconds only using shampoo, no conditioner, water all over her face,hair all over her face without wiping off. Said Maria seemed rushed and occupied with everything other than cutting her hair. I explained she’s the owner and probably very busy but at the same time, she walked away not feeling great about the $50 plus tip service. We will continue to go there because they are very nice, it’s very clean and location is convenient for us but will try another stylist next time.
My stylist Carlye is very talented with highlights and hair cutting. I have had a problem with my hair drying out if I get too strong of a lift product when hair highlighting. She knows this and my hair is never dry when she highlights my hair. She listens to how I want it cut, and never cuts more than I prefer. Just an excellent stylist for such a young lady! Nice shop, and staff is friendly.
Leah is the absolute best! She listens to what you want. I know that every time I sit in her chair that she will take good care of me. The way she colors hair is amazing. Wouldn’t trust anyone else 💜 …
I made an appointment 2 weeks ago and arrived to the salon on time. I was informed by the girl at the desk that Sophia was running 15 minutes late and I wouldn't be able to get the full service I had an appointment for. I would not get a wash or style or maybe both. She didn't know. She asked if I was ok with this and I said no. Why should I get shorted my services because she's running late? I had no problem waiting. The next person could wait the same as I did. I was asked if I'd see someone else and declined because I waited 2 weeks to see the person I made an appointment with. What a terrible first impression! Definitely not even going to try and go back. If you make an appointment, don't plan on getting what you booked!
I always leave loving my hair after my appointments with Lauren! She goes above and beyond to make sure I am more than satisfied, and is an absolute joy to be around! Salon Aura continues to exceed my expectations when it comes to quality, customer service and overall experience. I have recommended both the Salon and Lauren to many people!
